Once you check out your order will be PENDING while we check our availability.
Once we approve the order the payment will process immediately and you'll receive email verification.

If we DENY your order. It means we do not have availability for your requested date and we will reach out to discuss options.

Local delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

We delivery between 12 pm and 7 pm and will post on Facebook if the delivery day runs later than 7pm

If a delivery to a resort fails because the resort cannot find the matching reservation # we will cannot guarantee the driver will be able to return same day.

Delivery driver receives and hourly wage and does not expect tips.

Meet ups will be subject to a delivery fee, this fee compensates the driver for time and vehicle maintenance.

Orders will be sent out within 5 days of the requested date.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking #.

Orders are not insured from loss or damage unless it's chosen as an option at time of check out.

Partial / Cosmetic damage due to mishandling on behalf of the carrier is not eligible for reimbursement

We stand by our products and if we make a mistake we will make it right in any way possible.

Cancellation:

More than 7 days from delivery date :

100% refund or credit

Less than 7 days from delivery date:

50% refund or %100 credit

Less than 48hrs from delivery date.

25% refund or %100 credit

All refunds will process within 45 days of original delivery date

We are NOT responsible for the receiving or handling of your order by a 3rd party (i.e Resort Staff) a picture will be taken upon delivery to display the order was handed over in good condition.
