Shipping Policy
Orders will be sent out within 5 days of the requested "Deliver by" date.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking #.
It will also be available to track via your account page.
Orders are not insured from loss or damage unless it's chosen as an option at time of check out.
Partial / Cosmetic damage due to mishandling on behalf of the carrier is not eligible for reimbursement
Please reach out to us if you have any issues with the condition that an order arrives in.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
We stand by our products and if we make a mistake we will make it right in any way possible.
Cancellation:
More than 7 days from delivery date :
100% refund or credit
Less than 7 days from delivery date:
50% refund or %100 credit
Less than 48hrs from delivery date.
25% refund or %100 credit
All refunds will process within 45 days of original delivery date
We are NOT responsible for the receiving or handling of your order by a 3rd party (i.e Resort Staff) a picture will be taken upon delivery to display the order was handed over in good condition.
